The Fitness Physio Method

The Fitness Physio Method is a unique programme that is crafted to help you reach your full potential, heal your injuries and reach your goals.

Have you been thinking about starting a fitness routine? Whether you want to build strength in the gym or workout at home or perhaps you have goals to run a marathon this programme will support you to achieve your goals.

Are you struggling with motivation, recurrent injuries or aches and pains that are holding you back from moving forwards. If you are not sure where to start and want a programme that works with you, your lifestyle, your past medical history and your unique body this is for you.

Initial Consultation:

The start of your journey to a stronger and healthier you. Yasmin’s online initial assessment with include a full history taking to help understand your fitness goals, lifestyle, previous injuries, nutrition and mindset. The consultation will also include a full body MOT to assess your individual movement patterns, weaknesses, stability and mobility.

Nutritional Support:

The 6 week programme will include a 6-week nutritional support package with recipes and meal planning. Whether your goal is weight loss, fueling for a marathon or building strength this programme will be individulised to meet your needs, nourish your body and help you achieve optimal results.

6 week Fitness Physio Exercise Plan:

Yasmin will provide you will an individulised exercise plan to meet your goals. The plan is based on Yasmin’s 4 pillars of physical fitness strength, stability, mobility and cardiovascular fitness with the aim of supporting you to reach your goals, heal your injuries, minimise your injury risk, reach your weight goals.

weekly check in:

Over the 6 weeks Yasmin will arrange weekly 30 minute check in to support your progress. During these session Yasmin will work closely with you so you receive ongoing support, exercise progressions, injury support, motivation and help you to achieve optimal results, tailored and personalised to you.

Online Physiotherapy Appointments

Need help with an Injury? Whether it’s knee osteoarthritis, Achilles tendinopathy or back pain. Online consultations in healthcare, including physiotherapy, have been used for many years in both the NHS and private sectors. It has been shown to be an effective method for the delivery of physiotherapy. Yasmin can help with diagnosis, assessment of your injury and a rehab plan to get you back to function and the activities you love.

Health Coaching

Have you been diagnosed with a long term health condition such as diabetes or osteoporosis ? Are you going through the menopause or perhaps you are trying to lose weight?

If you are looking for support to build up healthy habits, create a better self care routine, begin exercising or reduce stress, then health coaching is for you.

Yasmin’s health coaching sessions will help you achieve your goals, align yourself with your values and work on obstacles that have been blocking you from becoming the healthiest version of yourself .

Yasmin uses her skills as a physiotherapist, anatomy and health knowledge and evidenced based research to help people truly understand their health, achieve their fitness goals, while helping them make the best choices tailored to fit their lifestyle.
