Yasmin Palfrey is a Chartered Physiotherapist specializing in injury recovery and rehabilitation, with extensive experience helping people from all backgrounds overcome injury and pain to regain full function.

Graduating with a first-class degree, Yasmin began her career in the National Health Service, where she led a team of physiotherapists at a top London trauma hospital, treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She now works at the renowned Complete Physio clinics in Chelsea and the City of London, focusing on lower limb injuries and guiding athletes, from recreational to elite levels, back to sport.

Through her work in both NHS and private settings, Yasmin noticed a recurring issue: many patients faced repeated injuries or chronic pain that prevented them from living fully and playing the sports they love. Recognizing a gap in traditional care, Yasmin developed a holistic approach that addresses injury recovery alongside overall health and performance goals, achieving faster and more sustainable results for her clients.

This approach led her to create *The Fitness Physio Method*—a specialised, individualised program designed to fortify the body against injury and help clients meet their personal fitness goals, whether weight loss, muscle gain, or general well-being. The program is grounded in Yasmin’s Four Pillars of Physical Health: strength, stability, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness. It includes a comprehensive nutritional plan with recipes tailored to energy needs, along with weekly check-ins to foster motivation and mindset, ensuring clients stay on track and feel empowered in their progress.

Yasmin also offers online physiotherapy assessments for those unable to visit the clinic, as well as health coaching sessions tailored to individual needs.

Dedicated to advancing her expertise, Yasmin is completing a master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy Practice at Brunel University and is pursuing further studies in nutrition. She embraces a holistic approach to care, considering the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health because, as she believes, your body is your most valuable asset.
